Teknisk Ukeblad (tu.no), Norway's leading technical and engineering magazine, featured an article on ZEM and the work being done with Norsafe, the leading designer of advanced technology life boats. ZEM is integrating its Akazem battery systems into a new generation driveline for such ships, enabling significant cost and fuel savings reductions. According to TU, Norsafe believes it can save up to 95% of cost by using ZEM's battery systems.
